From La Paz to Coroico:
Public Transport
Departs from the Minasa Terminal, a suburb near Villa Fátima in La Paz. All trips are made by the new, wide and asphalted road. It takes you to the Bus Terminal or the Plaza in Coroico. From the central square you can take a Taxi for 20 Bs. The distance up the hill to Sol y Luna is 1.2 miles
Schedule:
There is no fixed schedule, the minibuses and minivans leave when they are full, likely every hour and make it in 2 or 3 hours to Coroico.
The first minibus leaves around 6 am early morning and the last leaves at 6 pm.
Prices (Subject to modification)
Minibuses: 20. - Bs. Per person (about US $ 3), takes 14 people
Minivan: 30. - Bs. Per person (about 4.5 U $ 3, -) takes 7 People
From Coroico, the minibuses and minivans also leave every time they are filled.
Private transportation:
From La Paz with private taxi, from door to door, (airport, hotel or from your home to Sol y Luna Ecolodge).
The prices are between 350.- to 500.- Bs, oneway depending on the place of pick up.
