BOOKING INFORMATION

Important:

For your choice, please consult our description. We offer diferente lodging options of cabins, apartments and rooms.

We don´t accept reservations for a single night. If you want to come directly, for one or more nights and without reservation, we will be happy to offer you what is available. We sujest to call before at +591-71561626

Pets are not allowed.

If you want to come with your own car please let us know, so we can keep a space for your car, because the parking area of Sol y Luna Ecolodge is small. You can call us for more information at +591-71561626.

Pre- Booking:

For booking from 2 nights and more please fill out the form. If there is availability, we will answer to your request with the pre-booking details.

The pre-booking does not mean a reservation

Reservation:

To make a reservation you must pay the 100% of the price to the bank account that we will give you or through Western Union.

The deadline date is shown in the pre-booking details. Once the payment is done, notify by phone call or send the scanned payment to our email address contact@solylunabolivia.com

Then we will send you your booking confirmation. If you do not pay during that time, your pre - booking will be canceled.

Payments with credit or debit cards are not accepted. Cash only.

To cancel a reservation:

Report 3 days before the check in date to Sol y Luna Ecolodge and we will refund 100% of the payment.

In case you inform us 2 days before your check in date, we will charge the first night.

If you cancel your booking 1 day before, the same day or do not notify, no refund will be made.
